Should your fuel dealer charge extra for an accurate account of your fuel delivery?

Of course not, but some do. All deliveries from Dennis K. Burke are metered -- at no charge. With metered deliveries, you only pay for the exact amount delivered to your facilities, not the amount pulled from the terminal rack.

RESPONSIBILITY

If a fuel broker is using a third-party to transport your product, who’s liable if there’s an accident or spill?

All of our deliveries are made in our own trucks by our own team of hazmat-trained drivers. Protect your facilities and business, insist on a "third-party statement of liability" from the fuel vendor.
