Burke would like to remind our customers that federal and state regulations require that you maintain Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) information for all potentially hazardous materials stored at your facility. In addition to up-to-date MSDS sheets, it is your facility's responsibility to maintain an Emergency Response Plan for reference to respond to an accident, spill, fire or other emergency. They must be readily available to employees both as a safety reference and in the event of an emergency. OSHA and fire department inspections include the review of these MSDS sheets, and facilities may be fined for not complying with these regulations.

Keep your facilities in compliance. Review the products that you are currently storing, and update your MSDS information accordingly. If the sheet you require is unavailable, e-mail a request to us or call our Customer Care Team at 1-800-289-2875 for assistance.
