President

Ted Burke is President of Dennis K. Burke, Inc. He brings the next generation of Burke Family leadership to the corner office. His knowledge of Dennis K. Burke, Inc. and of the industry as a whole, plus his keen awareness of modern technology and organizational techniques is continuing the tradition of innovation and leadership that has made DKB one of the region's premier corporations.

A CPA by training, Ted began his career with Arthur Andersen and KPMG Consulting, where he specialized in software implementations to meet financial and operational requirements of businesses across a number of industries.

Chairman of the Board

Ed Burke is Chairman of the Board of Dennis K. Burke, Inc.

Ed has a unique marketing experience as a champion of bringing environmental friendly fuels and chemicals into the mainstream of the oil market and petroleum industry. He has been affectionately referred to as the “Godfather of Biodiesel in the Northeast”.

Ed's extensive experience in all aspects of the industry and years in the family business has created a business culture of innovation, hard work and dependability second to none in the company's seven state region of operation. His hands-on career built one of the largest independently owned companies in New England.

He is currently dividing his time between his responsibilities at DKB and his home in Florida.


Joe Cote

Chief Financial Officer

Joe Cote is the Chief Financial Officer at Dennis K. Burke, Inc. Joe earned his Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island in 1996, followed by a Masters in Accounting in 1998. He joined Gulf Oil’s tax department in 1998. In April 1999, Joe joined Dennis K. Burke, Inc as Assistant Controller, becoming Controller in 2001. In December 2003, Joe became Dennis K. Burke’s Chief Financial Officer.

Joe and his team strive to exceed customer expectations for billing, bid and contract management, and hedging for price risk management. Since 2001, Dennis K. Burke has had increased fuel demand, and added a full line of alternative fuel and lubricant products- Joe and his team have successfully streamlined accounting operations to cover the additional demand seamlessly.


Mark Pzeniczny

Mark Pszeniczny

Wholesale and Commercial Fuel Sales Manager

Mark Pszeniczny joined Dennis K. Burke, Inc. in 2007 and is Director of Sales.  Mark started his career in the fuel industry with BJ’s Wholesale Club, holding various positions before being named Manager of Petroleum Operations and Acquisitions, where he was responsible for the chains fuel purchasing, logistics, and day to day operations of 100 plus high volume fuel centers.

Mark manages Commercial and Wholesale Fuel Sales along with the Pricing Desk and Burkeoil Exchange.  Mark works to exceed customer expectations while continuously trying to grow all business units.  With a rapidly evolving industry and a volatile market, Mark and his Team strive to provide DKB customers with the information they need to be successful.

Director of Operations

Dan Hill is the Director of Operations at Dennis K. Burke, Inc.

With a background in transportation logistics and operations, Dan’s primary objective at Dennis K Burke, Inc. is to ensure adequate resources are available to provide every customer with a consistent, professional, and seamless experience from order placement to delivery. Dan and the entire operations team strive daily to keep Dennis K. Burke, Inc. a leader in the industry in the areas of safety, new product implementation, and use of technology.
With the companies’ planned growth and expansion, Dan and his team will remain focused on maintaining the attributes of flexibility, responsiveness, and attention to detail that have allowed for the development of many long-term customer relationships over the years.

John "Presti" Prestigiovanni, Jr.

Director of Lubricant's Sales and Customer Service

John “Presti” Prestigiovanni joined Dennis K Burke, Inc. in the of summer of 2007 as an Outside Sales Representative in our lubricant's department. In the winter of 2011 he was promoted to Manager of Customer Service and tasked with creating an Inside Sales Team.  Now in the summer of 2011, John accepts his new role as the Director of Sales & Customer Service.  

John has over 19 successful years of sales and sales management experience in the athletic footwear, material handling and lubricants industry. His hands-on approach and lead-by-example leadership will be heard throughout the New England lubricant's market. John and his team are committed to providing our customers premium products with high quality customer service and satisfaction.   


Meaghan Burke DKB

Meaghan Burke

Executive Administrator and Project Manager

Meaghan graduated Keiser University in 2005 with a degree in Paralegal Studies. She brings extensive and wide ranging experience to her position. Meaghan started her career with Cellular One and managed the Bankruptcy and Outside Collection Agency Team at 19 years old.

In 2005 Meaghan moved back to Boston to join Dennis  K Burke, starting as Customer Service Representative and quickly moving up to Customer Service Director and Manager of our Fleetline Lubricant Drivers from 2007-2011.

April 1, 2011, Meaghan moved into her current role as Executive Administrator and Project Manager.   Meaghan works directly with the CEO and strives to provide both internal and external customers with superior, efficient customer service.

Matthew Manoli

Safety Director

Matt started at Dennis K Burke in July 2002 and became our full time Safety Director in November of 2006. Matt has more than 25 years of experience in the hazardous material transportation industry.  In his role at Dennis K Burke, Matt handles all aspects of safety, including monthly driver meetings, monitoring DKB’s compliance via the SafeStat program, checking and resolving customer site safety issues, and managing safe pump out operations. Additionally, Matt has traveled across Massachusetts training firefighters on tank truck safety, so they are familiar with the operations and will be able to respond more effectively in case of an emergency involving any hazmat tanker.

Matt is an integral part of the DKB team – he provides extensive knowledge on regulatory standards and safety compliance, as well as handling all internal and external customers in an efficient and exceptionally professional manner.

Kelly Anderson

Marketing

Kelly Anderson is Director of Marketing at Dennis K. Burke, Inc. Kelly received her bachelors in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2008. Kelly began with Dennis K. Burke in 2006 part time, working with software implementation and garage operations, moving into Web Development and Marketing in 2010.
